Everything’s just perfect! Well decorated interior, great breakfast, well set temperature and hospitable staffs! Everyone is very kind! Mazen gave me hotel’s last pack of ice that really made my night!

The place was so nice, especially in the old part of Cairo where most of the buildings are old. The interior is nice and cosy.The staff are very helpful and kind and the location is close to most of the tourist features.

Wonderful time in the hotel. The staff was amazing. Location is very good. Shout out to Mazen at the reception (although all staff were good). I forgot something and they contacted me very politely and helped me recover the item.

The rooms are 10/10 - beautifully decorated, with all the facilities you need (even including a washing machine and kitchen), the bed is very comfortable, and there’s so much space. The communal terrace and library are nice too. The staff are great - they speak good/passable English and are VERY eager to please.
